A short distance below the Diversion Dam, there is a beach tree on a severely undercut bank. It is not unusual for lunker trout to favor this sort of location, where the current brings food and the tree protects from almost all predators. Just below the beach tree, is the moving tree hole. With each storm, the tree base is moved down stream a little. This has caused holes to form above and below the tree.. | ||||||||||||
